Student Voice
At Rockland Public School we have a group know as "Student Voice".  They are grade 3 to 6 students who are chosen by their peers to share their own ideas and those of the other students with the Principal.  The Student Voice meets with the Principal to discuss ways that we can work together to improve Rockland Public School.  A few of the things that the Student Voice has done in the past was create a "not too scary" Hallowe'en House, organize Spirit Days, initiate and find staff supervision for clubs that have been requested by their peers, share student thoughts on bullying, and make recommendations for suggestions that have been put into the Student Voice suggestion box.
